During the third class, we had the opportunity to work
in our first project. This project involves the creation of an activity to
teach a unit from the syllabus proposed by the MEP. I decided to work with
Odette, one of my classmates. So, we first decided on the grade to teach, in
this case, we chose to work with seven graders. Then, we chose the unit and the
objectives: target content number 9 Goods and Services. We selected this topic
because it is one of most important ones to know about. Once you have the
chance to travel abroad or you meet someone from a foreign country, goods and
services is a topic you for sure will talk about.
Odette and I started to work on our project. We
searched for some videos to use in our warm up activity and then we created the
different activities thinking on the learning goals that are expected to reach
by seven graders. We worked on a prezi presentation where we included a video, activities
